Our work starts at the beginning of your planning phase to the very end of your wedding period. This package is ideal for couples wanting full wedding management so they can relax and enjoy every aspect of the build up and the day of their wedding, knowing all is in hand.

What Is Included

  • Inital Consultation and six, one-hour (or tweleve thirty minutes) further planning consultations

  • Virtual consultations are bookable via our online booking system as and when is required. Our phone number is also provided should you prefer this method

  • Theme creation

  • Colour palette creation

  • Supplier research

  • Supplier shortlist document provided

  • Communication with and management of all Suppliers

  • General point of contact for all suppliers and guests

  • Full schedule and flow of the day created

  • Guest administration such as RSVP’s and menu choices

  • Site visit prior to booking final venue and another prior to your big day to run through the order of events and address any remaining queries

  • Expenditure management

  • On-the-day, 12 hour, in-person co-ordination

  • Master of Ceremony Announcements conducted
